Aravilla Assisted Living & Memory Care Community

Aravilla Assisted Living & Memory Care Community is an assisted living and memory care community located in Clearwater, Florida.

Under construction, the first phase of the project entails a 2-story, 65,000 SF secure assisted living community for memory care (Memory Care Community) with 84 units and 95 beds. This phase will also include associated shared service and common spaces, as well as shared parking areas and 7.96 acres of site development.

The second phase will include a 3-story, 105,000 SF, 132-bed assisted living community with associated service space and connection to the Memory Care Community. Separate main entries and office space, meeting rooms, dining and kitchen areas, indoor and outdoor gathering areas, a resort-style aqua-therapy pool area with an outdoor garden, and water features will also be included.
